I'm Zak, Director and Principal Surveyor of Damp Solve Surveying. With over a decade of experience investigating dampness, timber defects, condensation and waterproofing issues, I provide independent, evidence-led surveys to homeowners, landlords, property professionals and businesses seeking clear and reliable advice.

 

As a PCA / ABBE Qualified Surveyor holding the industry recognised CSRT and CSSW certifications, I specialise in diagnosing the root cause of building defects rather than simply recommending treatments. Every property is different, and I believe accurate diagnosis is the foundation of any successful repair strategy.

 

My approach is straightforward: carry out a thorough inspection, gather the necessary evidence, and provide honest, unbiased recommendations that help my clients make informed decisions about their property.
